LIBER 2012 Conference Registration Fees


LIBER members € 210 early registration, 15 Feb - 30 April
LIBER members € 270 late registration, 1 May - 13 June
Non-members: € 420
Day attendance: € 150 per day
Accompanying persons: € 100
Conference dinner on Wednesday, 27 June 2012 € 60
Conference excursion on Saturday, 30 June 2012 € 100

The number of conference participants is limited to 400, registration will close after this number is reached. Your participation will be guaranteed by early registration.

The Fee covers:
Members:
  • all Conference sessions
  • Conference bag and materials
  • Lunches (3 days) and coffee breaks (3 days)
  • Conference social programme - concerts and receptions

Day attendances:
  • Conference sessions on the day/s in question
  • Conference bag and materials
  • Coffee breaks
Lunch and Conference social programme - please note that lunch, concerts and receptions should be paid for separately.

Accompanying Persons:
  • City tour of Tartu
  • Conference social programme - concerts and receptions
  • all Conference sessions
The Accompanying Person category means spouse, a relative or a friend who is not representing any institution or company, but is travelling along with a Conference delegate. If there are two persons from one institution attending as delegates, each of them must register independently.

The Conference Dinner and the Excursion on Saturday should be paid for separately by all Conference attendees.

Conference Speakers accepted through a Call for Papers should pay the Conference registration fee and register normally as a Conference delegate.

Conference Speakers in receipt of grants: Speakers presenting papers or posters who are in receipt of a LIBER Award or a LIBER Annual Conference Fund grant have their registrations paid and are requested to register on the Conference registration website as a LIBER Guest.

Firms giving Product Reviews (these include LIBER Gold and Silver Sponsors and non-LIBER Sponsors). Please note that:
  • A Gold Sponsor is entitled to one free registration and should register as a LIBER Guest. A second registration by the same Gold Sponsor is given at membership rates, and the person registering should pay a registration fee in the normal way.
  • A Silver Sponsor is entitled to one registration at membership rates.
  • Any non-LIBER Sponsor giving a Product Review is asked to register as a LIBER Guest.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing to info@lapub.ee. Any refund due will be made after the Conference.
In the case of cancellation before 1 May 2012, the full amount less a cancellation fee of €45 will be refunded. For cancellations between 1 May 2012 and 1 June 2012, the cancellation fee deducted will be € 100. There will be no refund for any cancellation or failure to attend after 1 June 2012.
