FINNISH COLLECTION

Contains classics of fiction (many translations), scientific and art publications, children's books and textbooks.

The Finnish book exhibition held in Tallinn in September 1958 gave a overview of Finnish publishing policy, book design and printing techniques during 1922-1958. At the closing of the exhibition the collection was donated to Tartu University Library.

Can be used in reading-rooms, books published since 1945 can be borrowed.
